The current fund SHS VI had its final closing in July 2023.<\/p>\n

The targeted fund volume of EUR 200 million could significantly be overachieved with a final volume of ca. EUR 270 million and is thus more than doubling the predecessor fund\u2019s size.<\/p>\n

Our investor base comprises private and institutional investor groups with a long-term focus, including well-known family offices, pension funds, pension schemes, fund of funds, banks\/savings banks, churches, health insurance companies and industrial companies.<\/p>\n

They also include the European Investment Fund (EIF) and KfW. The SHS management is also invested with significant amounts in the fund, which ensures a high degree of identity of interests.<\/p>\n

The investment focus of the new fund SHS VI is on growing European healthcare companies, primarily in the DACH region, the Nordics, and the Benelux.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Das Volumen der von SHS verwalteten Fonds ist im Laufe der Zeit kontinuierlich gewachsen. Als Generalpartner liegt SHS im Herzen Europas und investiert seit mehr als 30 Jahren erfolgreich in schnell wachsende Unternehmen in den Bereichen Gesundheit und Life Sciences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Im Laufe der verschiedenen Fondsgenerationen ist das Volumen der SHS-Fonds fortlaufend gewachsen: von SHS III mit einem Volumen von ca. EUR 50 Mio. bis zum aktuellen Fonds SHS VI, dessen Fondsvolumen ca. EUR 270 Mio. betr\u00e4gt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Der SHS-Fonds VI beinhaltet ein Portfolio von etwa 10 bis 15 Minderheits- und Mehrheitsbeteiligungen an Unternehmen des Zielbereichs. Die Investitionen werden \u00fcber verschiedene Phasen und Opportunit\u00e4ten gestreut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Die Hauptausrichtung des Fonds SHS VI besteht darin, vorrangig in Small-Cap-Transaktionen zu investieren. Zus\u00e4tzliche Renditetreiber f\u00fcr den Fonds ergeben sich aus dem Segment der wachstumsorientierten Unternehmen.
