What is the average investment ticket size of SHS?

Transactions with enterprise values (EV) of up to 150m EUR are relevant for us. Our equity tickets are typically in the 10-50m EUR range.

Which regions are relevant for investments?

SHS’s core geographies are the DACH region, the Nordics, and the Benelux, but we also selectively consider opportunities in other European countries.

In which company phases do you invest?

We are specialized in healthcare companies in growth situations, which can be SMEs as well as scale-up companies. For scale-up companies, revenues with seven-digit figures as well as double-digit growth rates need to be given to be relevant for SHS.

Are you also doing minorities?

Yes, SHS is flexible in its mandate, which means we are able to invest in both, majority as well as minority situations.
