Working Student Artificial Intelligence (m/f/d) – hybrid or remote working possible

As part of our AI team, you will have the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into the application of artificial intelligence within a private equity firm. You will support us in identifying, developing and implementing AI-based solutions that improve processes across our investment, portfolio management and corporate functions.

Your role with us:

• Contributing to a wide range of AI and digitalisation initiatives across SHS
• Working directly with our AI Team to develop and implement practical AI solutions across the organisation
• Flat hierarchies and direct collaboration with our investment and corporate functions teams
• The opportunity to implement your own ideas and take responsibility for individual projects

Your responsibilities:

• Identifying and evaluating potential AI use cases across the organisation
• Developing and testing AI-based tools, workflows and prototypes
• Supporting the automation and optimisation of internal processes
• Assisting with the integration of AI solutions into existing systems and workflows
• Conducting research on AI technologies, tools and market developments
• Supporting colleagues in the effective and responsible use of AI applications
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance and practical impact of implemented solutions

Your profile:

• Ongoing degree in computer science, data science, business informatics, economics or a related subject
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation and digital technologies
• Initial practical experience with generative AI tools, large language models or workflow automation
• Programming knowledge, particularly in Python, and experience with APIs or low-code automation tools are an advantage
• Analytical and structured approach to work
• High level of initiative, curiosity and willingness to learn
• Responsible approach to data protection and confidential information
• Good command of written and spoken German or English
