Your background

• Completed vocational training, e.g. in banking, tax, notary’s office or controlling or university entrance qualification with a focus on economics
• Good understanding of numbers and knowledge of Excel
• Good written and spoken English
• Hands-on mentality

Your tasks

• You will be involved in the preparation of quarterly reports for investors, prepare investor conferences and shareholder meetings for our SHS companies and be available as a contact person for investors and representatives of our portfolio companies
• You will be involved in the preparation of business analyses as well as budget and liquidity planning
• You will work closely with the tax consultant and auditor and provide support in the preparation of tax returns and annual financial statements as well as carrying out annual audits
• You take care of the processing of incoming and outgoing invoices, the administration of payment transactions and share responsibility in this area
• You will analyse reports from our portfolio companies and take on other special tasks in the area of finance
