SHS Portfolio Workshop: Leadership and organisational development in fast-growing companies

SHS Capital recently hosted another Portfolio Workshop, bringing together executives from SHS portfolio companies to discuss how to promote effective leadership, scale businesses efficiently and manage growth in dynamic markets. Under the expert moderation of Thalia Ucksche, Bernhard Stieger and Alexander Liolios from Spencer Stuart, the workshop focused on the changing requirements of scaling companies – from improving leadership effectiveness and identifying structural challenges to building future-proof teams. Participants engaged in interactive breakout sessions, shared best practices and developed initial strategies for strengthening their companies and increasing long-term value.
