Heike has charmed her colleagues since 2018 with her unique combination of warmth and strong competence.

At SHS, she is responsible for human resources. She serves as a reliable contact for all HR-related matters, from payroll and leave management to recruiting new employees and managing current SHS job postings.

In her private life, Heike also loves to “make the (male) puppets dance.” For years, she has coached a men’s dance group that has its biggest performances during the carnival season. Her two children sometimes leave her with less time than before, but the dancers still perform with plenty of rhythm.
