Heike has charmed her colleagues since 2018 with her unique combination of warmth and strong competence.

At SHS, she is responsible for human resources. She serves as a reliable contact for all HR-related matters, from payroll and leave management to recruiting new employees and managing current SHS job postings.

Outside her work at SHS, her connection to her home region plays an important role. Fasnet is particularly close to Heike’s heart and, for her, represents a living tradition. However, her children are at the centre of her daily life, which is why her leisure activities often arise quite spontaneously. This makes her enjoy the time spent with her family and the little breaks that crop up now and then all the more.
